Real-World Practice Between Sessions

Weekly assignments help teens practice new skills in real-life situations with support from their parent or social coach.

This program is designed to provide consistent structure, clear expectations, and practical skill building for adolescents. Each group session focuses on real world social situations and gives teens opportunities to practice new skills in a supportive setting.

This program is designed for adolescents ages 12 to 17. Groups may be organized by middle school and high school age ranges.

Yes. Each participant must have a parent or designated adult social coach who attends weekly sessions and helps support skill practice at home.

Yes. Each participant completes an intake to ensure the group is a good fit and that they are placed with peers at a similar developmental level.

Groups typically include 6 to 16 participants to allow for interaction, role-play, and individualized support.

A minimum of 6 participants is required to begin a group session.
