Matt has a heart for those who wrestle daily with anxiety and depression. He has seen how it can destroy the relationship between spouses, parents and children, and individuals and employer. He has seen how getting lost in despair and hopelessness steals the reasonable expectation of hope, joy, and peace, both within the individual and between people. Matt specializes in helping the client work through these issues in a reasonable and responsible way. He helps the improbable become probable and hope become reality. Matt has worked in the mental health field for over a decade and has spent time working in a variety of settings including inpatient psychiatry, emergency mental health, and outpatient. He enjoys working with individuals ages 18-65. When not working, Matt can often be found playing bass guitar and camping and hiking with his wife and kids.
