Beth Borowski

Beth Borowski has a solid background in customer service, healthcare administration, insurance, and office operations. She has worked with patients, members, providers, and coworkers to answer questions about insurance, billing, payments, and healthcare services. This experience has improved her attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to help people with important administrative needs.

Recently, Beth has worked on insurance authorization, checking eligibility, fixing discrepancies, and making sure information is correct. She has also helped members and providers with benefits, claims, payments, appeals, and other customer service needs for several years. This experience helps her bring patience and practical knowledge to her role on the WCW reception team.

When she is not at work, Beth likes to spend time with her husband, Bob, and their son, Eric. Family and friends are very important to her, and she also enjoys listening to music.

At Wyndhurst Counseling & Wellness, Beth works to make everyone who contacts or visits the office feel welcome and supported. Her mix of administrative experience, healthcare knowledge, and clear communication makes her an important part of the WCW team.
