Anna Garrett is a doctoral student in Clinical Psychology at Liberty University, where she recently earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. She enjoys working with clients across the lifespan and has experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. Her clinical interests include anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), ADHD, stress, and challenges related to life transitions.
Anna believes that every person’s story is unique and takes a holistic, integrative approach to therapy that considers the connection between past experiences, relationships, physical health, and current life circumstances. She enjoys helping clients recognize their strengths, deepen their self-understanding, and develop practical tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence and resilience. As a doctoral student, Anna is also actively engaged in research. Her interests include case conceptualization, learning and skill acquisition, and the use of visual tools and evidence-based strategies to enhance understanding, strengthen clinical decision-making, and improve therapeutic outcomes.
In her free time, Anna enjoys reading a good book, staying active, and spending as much time outside as possible.
