These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at https://wyndhurstcounselingcenter.com (“Site”), which is owned and operated by Wyndhurst Counseling & Wellness (“Wyndhurst Counseling & Wellness”). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Informational Purpose Only

The content on this Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this Site is intended to be, or should be considered, mental health, medical, psychological, or other professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Any decisions you make based on information found on this Site are your sole responsibility. You should always consult directly with a qualified professional regarding any questions you may have about a mental health or medical condition.

2. No Therapist–Client Relationship

Use of this Site, including sending us a message through a contact form, email, or any other communication available through the Site, does not create a therapist–client, counselor–client, or any other professional relationship between you and Wyndhurst Counseling & Wellness or any of our clinicians.

A therapeutic relationship is only formed after you have completed our intake process, been accepted as a client, and signed any required informed consent and practice documents.

3. Not for Emergencies or Crisis Situations

This Site is not intended for use in an emergency or crisis situation. Do not rely on the Site, contact forms, or email for urgent or emergency communication.

If you are in crisis or in immediate danger:

  • Call 911; or
  • Call or text 988, the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline; or
  • Go to the nearest emergency room or crisis center.

4. Your Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the Site. You agree that you will not:
