Tatiana Lorelli holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. Her professional experience is in helping people working through anxiety, depression, life transitions, problematic family dynamics, and trauma-based disorders.

Tatiana works from a collaborative approach, seeing you as the expert in your own story. She takes a trauma based approach to counseling, focusing on the holistic interplay between mind, body, and spirit. Her counseling approach pulls from Internal Family Systems Theory, Bowen Family Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

In her free time Tatiana works for an equestrian center training and riding horses, fulfilling her dream of being a cowgirl.
