Kendria is a Counseling Resident who received her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. She has worked at Virginia Baptist Hospital Inpatient Psychiatry for the past four years. Kendria desires to walk alongside others in whatever journey they may be on and assist them by being a listening ear and a sounding board during challenging times. She comes alongside her clients as they work together to navigate a path towards hope and restoration. Kendria has experience in helping clients with depression, anxiety, self-worth, relational issues, personal growth, grief and loss, women’s issues, and more.
Kendria is certified as a SYMBIS facilitator for pre-marital and marital counseling as well as trained in Prepare and Enrich for couples (both premarital and marital).
While she lives based on the principles of Christian faith, she is equipped to work with clients from various spiritual backgrounds and incorporate spirituality as requested by the client.
Kendria enjoys spending time with her friends and family, going on travel adventures, being outdoors and reading in her leisure time.
